14 days before the date of your booked service you may ask for a full refund by contacting our company and we will refund your payment minus any credit card processing fees.

4 days before the date of your booked service you may ask for a partial refund by contacting our company and we will refund 50% of your payment minus any credit card processing fees or you may ask for a free date reschedule.

Any later and you cannot ask for a refund but contact us by phone as soon as possible to discuss the possibility of a reschedule.
